The modular structure of this machining centre means that its production systems can be configured in such a way as to meet current requirements for flexibility, in particular so in the automotive and automotive supplier industry. All of the different machines can furthermore be configured to meet the requirements of various processes and production concepts, e.g. such as dry machining and using minimal quantity lubrication. This increased flexibility far exceeds normal requirements concerning different or additional machining within a single group of parts.
