PS INVERS3– HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY, HIGHER PRECISION, HIGHER PROFITS

The hybrid machining module PS INVERS3 – a fusion of two production philosophies that combines the positive characteristics of both machining centres and special-purpose machines.

KRAUSE & MAUSER’s highly productive modular production concept combines the flexibility of a machining centre with the productivity and precision of a special-purpose machine.


Advantages of PS INVERS3 machining:

  • No tool change times
  • No tool change errors
  • Extremely short chip-to-chip-times
  • Safe investment – modules can be upgraded as and when required in the future
  • Can be used for wet and dry machining
  • Can be fitted with multiple spindle heads at up to four sides
  • Can be used to machine a wide range of different workpieces
  • Can be used to perform a range of operations using just one clamping (no clamping errors)
  • Rapid multiple spindle machining switches (shorter cycles than achievable with the transfer machine!)
