FUTURE-PROOF MANUFACTURING

A new dimension in machining

The quill-guided workpiece is moved and positioned against the interchangeable spindle heads. One of the decisive advantages of this system is that there is no need to change tools and hence no possibility of making any errors when changing them. As a result, the PS INVERS3 has extremely short chip-to-chip-times.

A single module for a range of different workpieces

The PS INVERS3 is suitable for machining a wide range of different workpieces. This is because the multiple spindle heads can be fitted to up to four of the sides of the machining area, and replaced as and when required.

Future-proof manufacturing

Its modular structure and flexibility make the PS INVERS3 a future-proof investment, which can also of course, be invested in stages.

Complete machining / technology integration

The PS INVERS3 module can also be fitted with a range of additional technologies, such as for milling and drilling, but also for burnishing and honing. This means that there is no need for separate investments in other machines for such technologies.

Highly precise and reliable

The PS INVERS3 not only has a compact, rigid and self-contained structure, but also features a heat-technology-related novelty:  The entire column and all of the components that affect the machining processes can optionally be fully cooled with a water-cooling system.
