PERFECT FOR DRY MACHINING

The specific, thermally optimised design of the PS INVERS³ makes it a perfect base for dry machining. Thanks to the vertical walls, there is nothing inside the working area on which chips could collect, while all other functional surfaces are smooth and dirt-repellent – which makes unobstructed chip flow a tangible reality. The working area is furthermore fully enclosed and does not contain any installations. The chips are transported out of the area at high speed by an extra wide chip conveyor. Both the column of the PS INVERS³ and the fixture can be cooled. The multiple spindle heads are fitted as standard with a gear drive cooling system. Optionally, the spindles can also be connected to the machine’s cooling system. All of the multiple spindle heads are furthermore designed for connection to the minimum quantity lubrication.
