Training is absolutely vital to assure that your machines are absolutely safe, always available, reliable and that they perform at their best! Our experts can deliver training through purpose-designed product training courses, during which your future operating personnel will be taught all of the technical aspects and practical information concerning your machines in a structured way.

On purchasing a KRAUSE & MAUSER machine, each customer is offered a special optional training course during which their personnel will be trained in all of the most important aspects related to their new machine’s operation, maintenance and safety in a professional and practical way. This program also includes training in how to deal with potential errors and technical problems, and gives participants an opportunity to practice implementing certain measures both on the hard and software using simulation programs.

Product training is provided at our premises as part of the machine’s pre-acceptance inspection or, optionally, during its final inspection at the customer’s premises. On request, we are also happy to compile special training programs, in particular for new staff that are to be entrusted with the operation and maintenance of KRAUSE & MAUSER machines, and who were unable to attend the training provided when the machine was purchased.
