KRAUSE & MAUSER developed this method in response to its customers’ requirements and, in doing so, yet again demonstrated its proximity to its customers, its experience and flexibility when it comes to rapidly launching a product.

 

  • Prevents the bearing pillow from twisting in highly-dynamic motors, which allows the transmission of higher torques
  • No formation of oil carbon or bearing damage
  • Requires approx. 50 % lower investment costs than honing
  • Lower maintenance and operating costs than wet machining
  • Does not place any limits on measuring processes or ratings
  • Little space requirements
