Dry ice cleaning

Our decades of experience, the expert knowledge of our qualified specialist and our use of the latest production procedures make us your ideal partner for all matters related to future-oriented and economic cleaning solutions. From dry ice production to the latest blasting systems, special-purpose solutions and automated systems – we can provide you with everything from one source.

In principle, dry ice blasting is very similar to sand blasting, with the exception of the use of dry ice pellets, which immediately sublimate and return to the atmosphere as carbon dioxide on contact with the surface to be cleaned. The pellets are fed into a jet of compressed air inside the dry ice blasting machine, accelerated to 150 m/s and blasted onto the object to be cleaned through a blast hose to which a gun and nozzle is attached. Dry ice blasting has the advantage that it does not leave behind any residues! It simply causes dirt to drop to the floor from where it must subsequently be swept up.
